12/11/2007 Site Problems

We have been experiencing some technical problem with our ISP but we are back up and running now. We would like to take the time to thank you for checking back with us.

6/20/2007 2 in Baca Grand

Take a look at the new lots in Baca Grand Colorado. This area is just exploading, land prices and real estate are going up every week. The two lots we have are right next to each other and are about 2.5 acres a piece. We can also give you a better price if you are interested in purchacing both. This would give you almost 5 acres to build on!

6/14/2007 Its Been Too Long!!

We have some great new stuff. If you have never been to Arkansas, like myself until just a couple of weeks ago, then you have been missing out. It was not what I was expecting. Friendly people, warm towns, great golf and a nice place to unwind. We are now offering 2 lots in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. These two lots have some great potential, if you are an investor or are someone looking to find a quite place to build, check them out. We also added a Cottonwood Cove lot in Mohave County, Arizona. This lot is about a 10 min. drive to the lake. Ill be adding more in the next day or so.

3/20/2007 New Land Available

We have some great new properties for sale. If you are looking for some southern sun, check out our Rio Rico lot. This lot is 3 acres and has power, phone and water to the lot!! We also added another flat Foxwood Hills lot. Both of the Foxwood Hills properties are being sold on terms, and you get to choose the terms 2,3 or 4 years. One more lot which was added was a beautiful Cascade Mountain Resort lot. These lots are located in southwestern Virginia in the Blue Ridge mountains. This is a great area with a lot of ammenities gated, pool, tennis court, and fishing lake. So much to do.
