Money Order, Cashier Checks, Wire Transfer or Paypal.
I purchased property from you on Ebay on a Cash sale, can I finance it through you?
The property sold on Ebay is either a Cash Sale or a Finance Sale. Please understand that when you purchase property on a Cash Sale we do not offer financing, and payment is due within the terms of the sale.
Can I buy as many properties as I want?
Yes you can purchase as many properties as you want. There are some subdivisions that we own more than one lot and usually can offer you a lot next to it or in the same subdivision.
Are there any liens on the property?
No, we guarantee free and clear title on all properties. Unless noted in the ad.
What kind of deed will I receive?
In most cases the buyer will receive a Warranty Deed, in worst case the buyer will receive a Grant Deed. Never will Craigsland issue a worthless Quit Claim deed as most sellers do on Ebay.
How long until I receive my paperwork i.e.. maps, deeds, etc.?
Your paperwork is processed and sent out within 48 hours by Priority Mail once your funds have been received.
How does the process work for purchasing property by way of cash?
When you find a parcel you would like to purchase, contact us via the email set up and give us the item number of the property your looking at purchasing. We will then contact you to get your information on what name(s) and address you want on the deed, and to give you our information as well. At that point we can start to prepare your deed that way upon receipt of the funds your deed and paperwork will be ready to send out to you. From that point you will receive your paperwork as well as recording instructions just follow the instructions and you will receive a recorded copy of your new deed from the county.
What is the documentary/prep fee?
On Ebay we use a document/prep feed, which helps cover our ebay listing fees, costs of staff, postage, paperwork, copies, maps, etc. Basic business costs. When purchasing on Land-Ventuers.com the document/prep fee is waived.
When I purchase property, may I take and use the pictures on from website?
We ask that you do not use the pictures for resale because they are not public domain and have taken many hours and effort in acquiring them. If you wish to purchase then you may contact us to work out an arrangement.
