The lot is a few streets from the Lake and Boat Dock, and located on Tiger Drive. This lot is covered with huge tree’s. Several new homes are being built up all around this section. The park is just about 3 miles away, and the lot is just about 1/2 mile from the main road leading into the into the subdivision and the sales office as well. The boat ramp is also only about a 3 miles from the lot as well.

In order to figure out how much your monthly payments would be, just divide however long you want your contract to be, EXAMPLE: $12000.00 ./. 48 months is $250.00 per month (plus the $32.58 fee to cover your poa and taxes).
